Ranks and Descriptions

High Tier Ranks
These ranks are to be earned. With the exception of Council, the high tier ranks falling under the Alphas are considered Betas/Deltas within this pack. Being active and helpful are starts to earning a rank from this tier. Also take into mind your character's personality. If they are rude, mean and nasty to everyone around them, we don't have any interest in having them try to tell others what to do-- that just makes them appear power hungry, even if they are not.

Matriarch
    Tag: I     Count: 1/2
Description: The Head of the pack, mother to all whom are under her reign.

Patriarch
    Tag: I     Count: 1/2
Description: The Head of the pack, father to all whom are under his reign.

In this pack, the Alphas do not have to be a mated pair. If love is to find its way between an alpha and another member, so be it.

Lead Mercenary
Tag: m I     Count: 0/1 (This may change depending on the growth of the pack.)
Description: The Lead Mercenary is in charge of lesser warriors and fighters. They serve as mentors to those within the mercenary lineage, constantly training and assessing them. The Lead Mercenary holds sparring sessions for the warriors and fighters to ensure that they keep up with their duties.

Lead Convoyer
Tag: c I     Count: 0/1 (This may change depending on the growth of the pack.)
Description: The Lead Convoyer is in charge of the lesser guards and escorts. They serve as mentors within the convoyer lineage, constantly holding training sessions and escorting missions. The Lead Mercenary may also accompany the Alphas when there are matters that take place out of the territory.

Lead Slayer
Tag: s I     Count: 0/1 (This may change depending on the growth of the pack.)
Description: The Lead Slayer is in charge of the lesser assassins and hitmen. They serve as mentors within the slayer lineage, instructing how to make the perfect kill, and constantly sparring. The Lead Slayer ensures that they, and their wolves are swift and fearless.

Lead Emissary
Tag: e I     Count: 0/1 (This may change depending on the growth of the pack.)
Description: The Lead Emissary is in charge of the lesser spies and scouts. They serve as mentors within the emissary lineage, teaching stealth tactics and daily patrols to scour for other packs. The Lead Emissary ensures that Alphas are aware of the pack's neighbors, as well as observing suspicious activity that may be of interest.

Council
This rank is special. It is an honorable rank, therefore it is placed in the High Tier. In the place of your "i" will be a "C".
    Ex: Convoyer - c C  Falconer - f C  and so on.
    Count: 0/12
Description: The Council is a group of wolves who are regarded as wise and respectable. They serve as a voice for the pack, as well as offering opinion to the Leads and the Alphas. They are NOT in charge of any tier. Their role would fall into a Gamma rank within the pack. This means that though they are a respected rank, they hold no gain or power over any others within the pack.

Medium Tier Ranks

Mercenary
    Tag: m i
Description: The warriors and fighters of the pack. They are strong wolves, marveled for their skill in battle. They answer to the Alphas as well as the Lead Mercenary. Females are required to be AT LEAST the halfway mark of height. Wolves that can be mistaken for 6 month old pups will not be accepted into this rank.

Convoyer
    Tag: c i
Description: The guards and escorts of the pack. These wolves are known for their large, sturdy appearance. They answer to the Alphas as well as the Lead Convoyer. Males are required to be full height. Females are required to be Mali Vuk's height, or taller. There are no exceptions. If you want to be a guard, you have to look the part.

Slayer
    Tag: s i
Description: The assassins and hitmen of the pack. They are silent hunters, perfectionists in the art of killing. They answer to the Alphas as well as the Lead Slayer. Males and females are required to be past the halfway mark for height. Though slayers answer to the pack before anyone else, they are allowed to take hitman requests from wolves outside of the pack. However, if they're requested to kill someone that may cause problems for the pack, they are not allowed to do so without confirmation of the Alphas.

Emissary
    Tag: e i
Description: The spies and scouts of the pack. These are sure-footed individuals, and stupendous observers. They answer to the Alphas as well as the Lead Emissary. There is no height restriction on this rank. In fact, being small is quite useful, for they will be more swift and able to sneak around unnoticed.

Physician
    Tag: p i
Description: The healers of the pack. With a resounding knowledge of herbs and remedies, they are the true saviors of the pack. They keep everyone in good health. They also may be present in the time that a mother brings her pups into the world. There is no height restriction on physicians.

Falconer
   Tag: f i
Description: The hunters of the pack. They are the prey-bringers, relied on for their ability to provide for the pack. Though they have no Lead to answer to, they are encouraged to train with the other ranks so to improve their skills and be ready for battle, if need be. The height limit is loose for this rank, however it is encouraged for wolves to at least meet the halfway mark for height, as wolves bring down prey such as deer and elk-- which are quite strong.

Low Tier Ranks

Pawn
    Tag: p i
Description: The omegas of the pack. Though brutally abusing other members of the pack is frowned upon, it is not uncommon for pawns to get bullied a bit. They are not as skillful as their fellow pack mates-- which isn't something to be ashamed of. They're merely mediocre. Being this way, it is best for them to serve as helpers to mothers looking after young, and collectors for physicians in need of herbs. On occasion, they serve as dummies/punching bags for slayers and mercenaries to practice on. They will also accompany falconers on hunting missions if necessary.

Youth
    Tag: y i
Description: The future of the pack. They're puppies and teens, too amateur to choose a rank and serve the pack. Regardless of who their parents are, the youth are treated with the same utmost tenderness and care. They are not permitted to leave the territory. Any youth who are constantly disobedient will be subjected to the Pawn rank when they come of age.

Hostage
    Tag: h i
Description: The prisoners of the pack. They have been captured and detained for causing trouble, or attempting to harm a pack member. These wolves are not trusted, and are not allowed to wander around the territory without being closely watched by a Pawn or a Convoyer. They are not permitted to leave the pack without an escort as well. If they attempt to escape, they will be killed-- no exceptions.
